Shipping
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, with next-day delivery wherever possible.
Need something urgently, or have a special request? Message us — we'll always do our best to help.
Every order is packed with care and attention to detail.
FREE shipping on orders over £50.
Returns Policy
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Complete with tags and hygiene seals still attached (where applicable)
- Free from makeup, fake tan, perfume, smoke, or marks
- Tried on over underwear, if swimwear or bikini bottoms
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on:
- Jewellery and earrings
- Hair accessories
- Beauty, skincare, or SPF products that have been opened or used
- Gift cards
- Sale items marked as non-returnable
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We check every order carefully before dispatch. If something arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sovanilla.com with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description.
Please don't send faulty items back before contacting us — it can delay your refund or replacement.
Return Costs
A return postage fee will be deducted from your refund. We recommend keeping proof of postage, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. For a different size or item, place a new order and return the original for a refund (if eligible).
Late Returns
Returns received outside the 7-day window may be declined and sent back to the original delivery address.
