Shipping Info

Most orders are sent within 1–2 working days, and we always aim for next-day delivery.

If you have a special request or need something urgently, just send us a message — we’ll always do our best to help.

Every order is carefully packed with love and attention to detail.

Returns Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused and in original condition
  • Tags and hygiene seals (where applicable) must still be attached
  • Items must be free from makeup, fake tan, perfume, smoke or marks
  • Swimwear and bikini bottoms must be tried on over underwear

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 working days.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Jewellery
  • Earrings
  • Hair accessories
  • Beauty, skincare or SPF products that have been opened or used
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items marked as non-returnable

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We carefully check all orders before dispatch, however if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sovanilla.com com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description

Please do not return faulty items without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund or replacement.


Return Costs

A return postage fee will be deducted from your refund total when using our returns service.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund (if eligible).

Late or Missing Returns

Returns received outside of our return window may be refused and sent back to the original delivery address.
