Shipping Info

Most of our orders are shipped within 2–3 working days from our UK base.

However, because many of our pieces are handmade and truly unique, some items are sent from our stock in Ibiza, which can take 7–10 days to arrive. If that’s the case, we’ll always get in touch to let you know.

We promise it’s worth the wait — every piece is thoughtfully made and carefully packed with love.

Returns Policy

Our returns policy is 14 days from the date you receive the order. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return within our returns department from the date of delivery, you will be emailed once refunded. We accept items which are returned within receipt of the 14 day time frame providing they are in original condition with tags intact.

If you'd like to return an item, just follow these simple steps:

1. Send us an email at info@sovanilla.com with the subject line "Return." Include your name, order number, and the item(s) you would like to return.


2. Place the items in a secure box or envelope and ship them back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll provide you with a return shipping label when we receive your email.


3. Once we receive your items, we'll issue a refund for the items.

For items returned after this time, we reserve the right to return the item to you. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have their security tag removed. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour.
